Artist BIO
Ivana Okereke
Ivana was born in Belgrade to a lineage of artists. Ivana's art is largely influenced by her childhood living in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Ivana received her BA from Brown University (Honors degree in Visual Art and History). While obtaining her bachelor-of-arts degree at Brown, she also studied painting at the Rhode Island School of Design. Ivana continued her post-graduate figurative art education at the New York Academy of Art in New York City. Ivana works as a full-time artist and splits her time between Miami and Ft Lauderdale. Ivana is an oil painter, specializing in portraits and contemporary realism.
