Artist BIO
Laronda Haines
Laronda Haines is a self taught artist. Originally from the Midwest 60 miles north of Chicago, 5 years ago she retired and moved to Florida with her husband. Her interest in art started in her teens and has continued in some fashion ever since. It started with art classes in high school and then it was painting landscapes with oils for many years as a hobby. In the past 3 years she has discovered abstract fluid art and has fallen in love with the spontaneous flow of color and form. Abstract Fluid Art is the science of combining paints and mediums to the correct consistencies in order to create the amazing effects that is the magic of fluid art. This year Laronda was selected to be in several juried art festivals which included the 40th Cape Coral Art Festival, 2nd Annual Uptown Naples Fine Art Festival and the Bonita Springs Art Festival.
