Artist BIO
Linda B. Wright
Linda B Wright is a contemporary artist specializing in epoxy and resin, with a particular passion for creating one-of-a-kind freehand picture frames. Her work blends craftsmanship with storytelling, transforming each piece into a unique reflection of her life and inspirations. After discovering the medium during a post-retirement art class, Linda quickly developed a signature style that celebrates organic forms, texture, and a sense of place.
A lifelong connection to the water deeply influences her creative vision. Growing up in a coastal New England family — her father a lobsterman, clam digger, and fisherman — Linda spent countless weekends exploring the Boston Harbor Islands, swimming, fishing, and enjoying the simple beauty of the outdoors. These formative experiences instilled in her a deep appreciation for nature, family, and tradition, all of which are woven into her work.
Linda’s art invites viewers to experience the warmth of her memories and the vibrant energy of the coast, captured in each handcrafted frame and resin creation.
