Penny Fraser
Penny Fraser is a South Florida artist and photographer whose work celebrates beauty, empowerment, and transformation through fine art portraiture and mixed media. Best known for her acclaimed 40 Over 40 Bombshell Series, Fraser has devoted her artistic journey to uplifting and honoring women through elegant, emotive imagery. Building upon her photographic foundation, she is now expanding her creative practice into the realm of mixed-media art—blending portraiture with paint, pastel, gold leaf, charcoal, and ink. This new body of work reimagines the portrait as both muse and metaphor, using texture and symbolism as vehicles for storytelling and emotional depth.
Her Bloom series and the ethereal Sirens of the Sea collection mark milestones in this evolution—innovative works that fuse photography, painting, and digital artistry into luminous visual poetry. Exhibited at Spectrum Miami during Art Basel, Fraser’s art unites classical grace with contemporary experimentation.
Through her evolving collections, Fraser continues to explore themes of beauty, empowerment, and renewal—creating art that not only transforms materials but also uplifts the community it touches. Each piece becomes a reflection of resilience and a celebration of the feminine spirit, inviting viewers to see strength, vulnerability, and transformation as intertwined expressions of beauty.
