Sarah Brock
Sarah Brock (she/her) is a Florida native and self taught artist whose multidisciplinary practice spans illustration, painting, and textile work. Her body of work explores the complexities of human nature through the lens of liminal spaces, drawing attention to the quiet yet emotionally charged moments that often go unnoticed. Brock has cultivated an intuitive approach to visual storytelling, focusing on the nuanced emotional states that exist beneath the surface of everyday experiences. Her current series examines stillness within the mundane, using layered textures, exploratory palettes, and atmospheric compositions to evoke contemplation and self reflection.
Motivated by a deeply personal relationship with the creative process, Brock considers art not merely a profession but an essential means of fulfillment, grounding, and purpose. Looking beyond her individual practice, she is committed to fostering connection within the broader creative community. Her long term vision includes establishing an artist co-operative and shared studio space dedicated to accessibility, collaboration, and collective growth among emerging and established artists alike.
